Toyota City is one of Japan's leading industrial cities, home to a variety of manufacturing industries, including the core automotive industry. Subsidies
Subsidies of up to 1 billion yen will be provided for the acquisition of land,
buildings, and depreciable assets required to locate factories, research facilities, and offices. Preferential treatment, such as doubling the subsidy amount, is available for priority industrial fields (next-generation mobility,
environment and energy, IT and next-generation robots, healthcare and food manufacturing). Furthermore, when combined with the Aichi Prefecture New Aichi Creative Industry Location Subsidy Type B, which is also available under the combined conditions, the total subsidy amount will be 3 billion yen, one of the largest subsidies in the prefecture.
