We have been carrying out the development and manufacture of customized equipment that can respond to the short life cycle of new products, shortened development periods, multiple product varieties, and fluctuations in production volume for companies in the electrical and electronics fields.
In particular, there is a strong focus on small parts assembly, which has many particular requirements, and we have continued our business by manufacturing production equipment that can respond to multiple product varieties and shortened changeover times.
In the field of industrial-specific equipment, we develop and manufacture high-precision, high-difficulty specialized equipment such as lithium-ion battery manufacturing devices.
The robot integration business, established 15 years ago, has maintained an annual performance of 50-60 units and possesses the experience to accommodate major domestic robot manufacturers.
Our employees' work is primarily divided into the following four categories:
- Mechanical design: using 3D CAD, we handle everything from the conceptual design to the detailed design of equipment.
- Control design: we are responsible for the hardware aspects, such as electrical circuits, as well as programming and software.
- Sales and procurement: we handle communications with customers and procure both off-the-shelf and custom-made parts.
- Manufacturing: we assemble finished products based on design drawings.
