We seek candidates with experience working at a Japanese company, especially in domestic and international sales. As for language skills, the minimum required is business-level English (to be able to write contracts) and sufficient Japanese skills (to be able to understand how to communicate in meetings). A science background is not necessary, but those with knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems are welcome. After joining the company, new hires go through a training program for new employees, and senior engineers provide guidance on the job, all so that new employees can acquire thorough knowledge of products and technologies. In the future, we want new hires to play a role as a conduit for listening to the requests of overseas users and commercializing them. If desired, we can also consider dispatching you to local regions. We subsidize travel expenses and leave for foreign employees to return to their home countries once a year, and we have a high retention rate with no unpaid overtime. This year marks the 70th anniversary of our company, which began as an electric power meter manufacturing, repair, and adjustment company for the Yonden Group. By utilizing the measurement and control technologies that we have accumulated over the years, we have been able to save labor costs and improve the efficiency of various industrial products for pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturers, food processing manufacturers, and electrical appliance manufacturers, while continuing to take on challenges in new fields.
Among our products, we are seeing increasing sales of vaccine culturing equipment, for which demand has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, along with increasing sales of inspection equipment for retort pouches, for which demand is growing rapidly, and we are considering further overseas expansion for both.
In the future, we would like to expand the number of units produced and sold by forming alliances with local companies overseas, thereby realizing significant cost reductions and widely distributing our products around the world, including reimporting them to Japan and exporting them to third countries.
