We are a sock manufacturing company in Japan that specializes in the production of functional socks, and we have many of the top domestic and international brand-name sports manufacturers as customers.
In recent years, our company has been focusing on in-house developed products using patented technology, selling functional socks and shoes, such as the "ERGO Series." We are currently seeking sales personnel with a view toward expanding our products overseas. We expect applicants to have at least N2-level Japanese language proficiency and business-level English, in order to conduct business meetings at domestic and international exhibitions. Those who like sports and shoes will find this job very enjoyable and rewarding. After joining the company, new hires will also observe sock manufacturing sites and can learn about our products and techniques. We would like to convey the attractiveness of our products to visitors at domestic and international exhibitions and to expand our network of good business partners. We would also like to expand our online sales, which are currently under development in Japan, to overseas markets in the future, so we would love to hear ideas from new hires.

Since our establishment in 1951, we have focused on sports socks, manufacturing highly functional socks and distributing them to major sports manufacturers. Some products are manufactured according to customer requests, while others are proposed from the planning stage and then commercialized. In recent years, our company has developed its own brand, the "ERGO Series," utilizing the technology and experience gained from sock manufacturing in adapting to the shape of the wearer's foot. “ERGOSTAR” running socks, which feature a cross-taping effect, are sold exclusively on the company's own website and online on Amazon. Our “Ergofit" shoes, which combine a woven upper with a sole made of a special material, are lightweight shoes with as few parts as possible. In total, 150 wooden patterns are available, based on combinations of foot length and foot circumference, allowing customers to order one pair at a time based on their own specific foot shape measurements, so as to find the right size for their feet. And, the use of recycled polyester in the knitting process eliminates cutting scraps, making these environmentally friendly products. Another one of our strengths is that we can deliver within two weeks of receiving an order. Currently, three stores in the Kansai region of Japan carry our products, but we intend to develop sales channels nationwide and overseas, including the expansion of our e-commerce site.
