In a capitalist society, “money” is often considered as the most important business resource, whereas in our company, it is “people.” We maximize “people's ability and use it to contribute to social development, making our staff feel materially and psychologically richer. “Partnership” considers customers, business connections, staff, and everyone associated with our company as “colleagues.” This means to act with tenderness and consideration and offer help when our colleagues are in trouble. Our philosophy to value “people” and “colleagues” also applies to recruiting non-Japanese staff. In view of future overseas expansion, we recruited two highly skilled foreign professionals from Vietnam as technical staff members in 2019 to work in the Production Technology Department and Research and Development Department. We will continue to recruit non-Japanese staff as our valued business resources and consider them as “colleagues.”
