For many years since our founding, we have been a manufacturing company in the field of precision products, pursuing "micron-level precision manufacturing" and refining our technological capabilities. Our products are used in optical products and medical equipment, which require high precision.

After joining the company, new hires undergo training for about four months so as to learn business customs and manufacturing processes. We expect our employees to acquire skills to design and manufacture plastic molding dies and mold plastics, and to eventually grow to be able to perform management tasks such as process and production control. We are also considering career paths such as aiming for management positions in Japan or being posted as executive candidates to four manufacturing sites in three overseas countries (as of 2022).

Since 2014, we have been accepting technical intern trainees, and we provide a safe working environment with language support and company housing.

In the future, we intend to conduct diversity management so as to invigorate our organization and to create products with higher added value. We look forward to working with people who love manufacturing and who are dedicated to learning technology.

Business Content

Founded in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, in 1974, the company has a production base in Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture. Our main business is the molding of plastic products that serve as mechanical parts, along with the design and fabrication of molds for molding plastic products.

Our plastic products are supplied to customers in a diverse range of fields, including optical products manufacturers (cameras, etc.), automotive parts manufacturers (engines, etc.), and medical equipment manufacturers (endoscopes, etc.). In the production process, we consistently perform everything in-house, from mold design to plastic molding, and via thorough quality control, we produce high-precision products that meet and satisfy our customers' needs.

In 1997, we began expanding overseas, and as of 2022, we have four production facilities in three countries: Vietnam, India, and the Philippines. At these sites, we manufacture mechanical components for local Japanese companies, supporting the Japanese manufacturing industry. We conduct effective personnel exchanges with our overseas bases, such as by accepting technical intern trainees from our bases in Vietnam and the Philippines.

We will continue to explore all aspects of "precision" and will manufacture products that exceed our customers' expectations.
