Service Engineer (Sales Department) This is a wide range of work, from installation of our machines to periodic inspections, response to customer inquiries and so on. We have customer plants all over the country, and work is mainly performed on business trips.(Business trip allowance provided) This is an environment where you can learn skills and work procedures through on-the-job training. Opportunities for overseas business trips are available on a voluntary basis. Specific work contents include the following; Transporting machines and parts throughout Japan, installation and operation checks, overseas installation, test runs, etc. Periodic inspections after delivery, handling repairs and customer inquiries, etc. Oversea Sales (Sales Department) As our oversea sales position, you will actively make oversea business trips and be involved in sales support to our oversea agents that deal with our products. In addition to supporting agents, you will also be responsible for exploiting agents in new countries. Specific work contents include the following; Providing sales support to overseas agents (lectures on proposal methods, sharing of product knowledge) Preparing quotations and following up on products installation Frequency and period of business trips to exploiting agents in new markets: 1-2 times/month, approx. one week for period of each business trip Purpose of business trip: traveling with agents for sales promotion and installation Main job is to support machine sales since we have clerical assistants specialized in oversea sales. Japanese and English are required. Spanish is welcome.
