Liven up the good old townscape of Kurashiki together
As a business hotel, we have been developing our lodging and restaurant business in Kurashiki, Okayama for around 50 years. We offer pleasant services so customers will like Kurashiki and come again. We began hiring foreign talent around 2 years ago and now have 3 Vietnamese employees working in the lodging and restaurant business. Lodging tasks involve cleaning guestrooms and making beds, and restaurant tasks include practical jobs like customer service and hall and cashier duty, as well as duties with responsibilities like the management of part-time employees. Those joining us will get used to on-site tasks before gradually gaining experience in management, and ultimately becoming a manager. The workplace is lively with plenty of communication because employees work together and place importance on teamwork for both businesses. We look forward to those who are interested in the tourism and hotel industry and would like to liven up Kurashiki with our company.

Promoting Globalization of Japanese Staff
As a business hotel, we have been developing our lodging and restaurant business in Kurashiki, Okayama for around 50 years. We operate 111 guestrooms and Shirakabe, a Japanese restaurant offering seafood from the Inland Sea, as well as a banquet hall with a 150-person capacity for gatherings. Okayama is a transportation hub connecting to Kyushu and Shikoku. Kurashiki is especially known for the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter and its white-walled cityscape, and the Great Seto Bridge that connects Honshu with Shikoku. The tourist growth rate is higher than that of other prefectures. Strong economic activities are conducted by groups of companies and the Mizushima Rinkai Industrial Area, one of the largest industrial areas in Japan. Our hotels focused on lodging for business, but we are opening a new hotel in summer 2021 that targets tourists and inbound visitors. We will continue providing pleasant services to further appeal Kurashiki as a city of business and tourism.
