We are looking for a client services manager to contribute to the growth of our agency. We work hand-in-hand with our clients - a partnership built on trust and flexibility, to deliver effective solutions, when they need it. You would be both a primary point of contact to develop and maintain these strong relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities. The role is for our Tokyo office and requires native level Japanese language as well as conversational English. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of client management experience in the Japanese marketplace, and those with experience leading client relationships at a design or communications agency would be preferred.
