We have achieved the top position in Japan in our field and are now working daily with the goal of becoming far & away the no.1 company in Asia. Therefore, we are blessed with opportunities to work overseas and use English, and although we are still a small company with only 200 employees, our culture as a global company has already taken root. In fact, many of the employees working at our Tokyo headquarters are non-Japanese, with existing employees coming from 11 different countries. Some of our foreign employees do not speak Japanese, but we follow up with them in English as appropriate, so as to enable those who are not fluent in Japanese to work within an environment where they can feel comfortable.
