In order to open up the future for young people overseas, we teach Japanese in four Southeast Asian countries (the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia). This aims to help young people choose to work in Japan. We also introduce human resources to medical institutions and welfare facilities in Japan.

We manage schools in Southeast Asia (attracting and educating students, etc.), conduct sales activities to introduce human resources educated by our company to Japanese companies, and provide support so that foreign human resources can work and live in Japan with peace of mind. To help develop a large number of talented foreign human resources, new hires will be in charge of tasks such as attracting prospective students, corporate promotion, market research, clerical work, and education in the fields of Japanese language and nursing care, in line with their experience and knowledge.

If from one of the four target countries, new hires can be involved in the operation of a local office in their home country. We have an environment in which people, especially in Cambodia, can make an immediate contribution to local operations.

New hires will be able to observe the growth of young people and grow together with the company. We want people who will work with us to contribute to Southeast Asian countries and Japanese society.

"Specified Skilled Worker" is a status of residence in Japan established in April 2019 that allows foreign human resources to contribute immediately to specific industrial fields (14 industries) where there is a serious shortage of labor in Japan.

Our company was quick to adopt this system, and we provide training in Japanese (JLPT N4 or higher) and specific skills (mainly elderly care) for about six months at several locations, mainly in Southeast Asia, in order to pass the specified skills test. To help foreigners get used to life in Japan, we provide education on Japanese customs and specialized fields from when they receive a job offer to until they join the company (e.g., during the visa application period). After foreign human resources join companies, we support their growth from multiple perspectives by providing them with study support to pass the certified care worker exam, in order to keep their motivation up and to work long term in Japan.

Providing this support free of charge is our strength, and will open up the future for young people in Southeast Asia who want to work without having to give up their education due to poverty. We also contribute to society by connecting our highly trained human resources to the elderly care and medical fields in Japan, which are suffering from a labor shortage.
