Our company is a large coffee shop management company headquartered in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, Japan.We are looking for people who love Japan, who are honest, cheerful, energetic, and considerate of others, and who are interested in the restaurant business. We expect new hires to have a language level of at least N3 Japanese and daily conversational English to be able to serve customers. After joining the company, new hires will learn basic operations at the training center and through customer service and cooking at an actual store. The trainer will provide one-on-one guidance, so even those without any experience in the restaurant industry need not worry. After training, new hires will be entrusted with stores as store managers and will also be able to work in various positions according to aptitude, such as human resource management, sales, and product development. We have a corporate culture in which employees'opinions are utilized in management. The confectionary production department was also born from feedback from employees. We also support new hires in realizing their career plans, such as in, for example, desires to become a buyer who purchases coffee beans right from a production area or to open one's own cafe in their country in the future. Our company's four business activities are: 1) operation of directly managed MINATOYA COFFEE shops, which are large suburban coffee shops mainly in Mie Prefecture; 2) operation of franchise headquarters; 3) confectionary production and sales; and 4) development of a "CAFE business management system" based on our expertise in coffee shop management.
Our large coffee shops, set up in the suburbs, are dedicated to providing a stylish and comfortable space and have been well received not only for coffee but also for a wide variety of menu items. In addition, the area's baumkuchen confectionary, jointly developed with the Mie Prefectural Government's Mie Innovation Division, is gaining popularity as a Mie souvenir foodstuff at Ise Jingu and other tourist spots.
In recent years, we have been focusing on the development of our "CAFE Business Management System" (4). This system will reduce complex tasks for store managers and enable smooth and productive store management for franchise stores as well as individuals. In the future, we would like to explore demand for the system overseas and to support the opening of cafes not only in Japan but also around the world.
