Japan Hydrogen Forum (JH2F)

Overview: 

In light of the fact that former Prime Minister Suga and President Biden have declared goals of carbon neutrality in year 2050, and are similarly collaborating under the U.S.-Japan Climate Partnership and Clean Hydrogen Partnership, Japan Hydrogen Forum (JH2F) has been established to support the decarbonization goals of US Federal, State and local governments. JETRO Los Angeles supports this forum by taking on some functions of its administration office.

- 2022/10/01: Mitsubishi HC Capital (U.S.A.) Inc., Fuyo General Lease (USA) Inc. and MIURA AMERICA CO., LTD. joined Japan Hydrogen Forum (JH2F)

- 2022/09/22: Toyota, Kenworth Prove Fuel Cell Electric Truck Capabilities with Successful Completion of Truck Operations for ZANZEFF Project

- 2022/06/30: Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), and INPEX Americas, Inc. joined Japan Hydrogen Forum (JH2F) 

- 2022/06/30: Participated in Select LA Investment Summit

 

- 2022/06/30: Participated in VerdeXchange2022 at Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

- 2021/12/21: Toyota Tsusho to Start the World's First Long-term Implementation Demonstration Project for 
the Local Production for Local Consumption of Hydrogen at the Port of Los Angeles in the United States

- 2021/12/20: Establishment of Japan Hydrogen Forum (JH2F)
