Okayama City is located at the crosspoint of the Chugoku and Shikoku regions in Western Japan. Blessed with water and greenery, it provides a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment, as well as high-quality urban functions. It is one of the twenty government-designated cities in Japan.

The Okayama Airport, which has seven domestic and overseas flight routes, can be reached quickly from downtown Okayama City. The Port of Okayama is designated as an important port. The neighboring Kurashiki City has the Port of Mizushima, which is a port designated as a International Hub Port.
Okayama City boasts the largest general warehouse area in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, and has excellent logistics functions. It is a city with one of the best transportation infrastructures in the country.
