We are a metal mold manufacturer located in Osaka, Japan. Our strength lies in our ability to quickly provide detailed services that large companies cannot. We have adopted "3S activities" so as to organize our business premises to create a comfortable working environment and to improve work efficiency.
About 10 years ago, we partnered with a factory in Taiwan, and in recent years, we have obtained a local partner company in India to manufacture our products. Therefore, we are looking for people who want to learn technology at our company and eventually at their own company in India. Ideally, applicants will have N2-level Japanese language proficiency and business-level English or higher, as well as an understanding of Indian culture and business practices. We expect new hires to spend 3-5 years with us learning about our products and manufacturing, and then to start their own companies in India and to grow with us as our partners. Some of our foreign employees have been with us for more than 10 years, and we plan to hire more foreign employees in the future. Within the company, the president and employees are close to each other and can talk frankly about operations and evaluations. And, the company's goal-setting is fair and clear, which makes it a good place to work and grow.

We are a long-established metal mold maker that will celebrate 74 years of business in 2023. We mainly produce molds for manufacturing fastening parts manufactured via cold forging, such as screws, bolts, nuts, and rivets. Since 1999, we have been engaged in "3S activities" ("sorting," "setting in order," and "shining") to ensure organization, orderliness, and cleanliness. By working to improve the workplace environment and by visualizing operations, the company has promoted greater work efficiency and reduced wasted work time while increasing both productivity and revenue. This initiative has attracted a great deal of interest both domestically and internationally, with nearly 900 businesses, including those in 36 foreign countries, already having visited our factory. In response to this, we are also engaged in the education business, providing lectures and consulting services to companies that want to introduce "3S activities” themselves. In addition, our IT Division sells "Digital Dolphins," a self-developed document management tool created in the process of eliminating waste, mainly to the manufacturing industry, and the division also performs maintenance and inspections in-house. Also, in recent years, we have developed and manufactured IoT devices using sensors, pursuing ideas to reduce waste at manufacturing sites.
