Spirit of Challenge. Globally transmitting Japan's metal cutting and manufacturing technologies.
Our company's history has been series of constant challenges. Our goal is to meet the needs of our customers in a variety of industries with our unique technology and flexible support, and we value an environment where our employees can constantly challenge themselves in their work. The first thing we are looking for are applicants with people skills and who respect basic initiatives and civility, such as greetings, tidiness, and manners. We feature a work environment in which our new hires can excel regardless of whether their background is in the humanities or the sciences. In addition, English is necessary to communicate and create documents and other materials necessary to meet the requirements of laws and regulations of individual countries when expanding business overseas. For internal communication, the level of Japanese required should be at least N2. In terms of benefits, the company provides a "community support allowance" (housing allowance) and opportunities to interact with local residents as volunteer activities, providing a safe and comfortable environment in which to live. We are a company where each and every employee can be a key player. We look forward to receiving applications from people of all nationalities with a wide range of experience.

Starting with metal processing, we are now developing three businesses. First, we process metal parts used mainly in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, aircraft, and medical equipment. The second is the manufacture and sale of SMT Scope, a device that enables observation of the condition of solder in a special atmosphere. The third is ODM/OEM contract services, in addition to the manufacture and sale of medical devices that utilize our proprietary biometric technologies.
As we have done in the past, we will continue to take on new challenges and expand our business in the future as well. For example, when we developed a device that could observe the condition of solder, we were aware of new regulations on exporting lead to Europe, so we anticipated market need and developed the product. Metal processing allows us to apply high-precision, micron-level processing technology to materials that are difficult to cut, such as implants and titanium. Our technology can also be used for complex shapes.
We will continue to boldly take on the challenge of expanding our overseas markets.
