Who We're Looking For -People who take initiative and approach challenges with a sense of ownership -Team players who enjoy collaborating to reach ambitious goals -Curious minds who are eager to grow and never settle for the status quo Your Role Mechanical Design -Designing refrigeration and air conditioning systems, creating 2D&3D drawings -Designing equipment related to materials mechanics, creating 2D&3D drawings Electrical Design -Electrical design and drawings for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems -Wiring design and drawings for material testing machines Circuit design for special custom products -Control Systems & Software Development -Developing control systems(PLC, etc.) for refrigeration and air conditioning systems -Creating control software (C++, etc.) for material testing machines -Developing software for new and custom products with us Years 1to2 Build Your Foundation Learn directly from experienced engineers while mastering CAD, drawing creation, and component design. Contribute to smaller projects and gain a clear understanding of the full product development process. Years 2to5 Take the Lead in Design Step into larger responsibilities by handling medium scale system and unit designs from specifications to prototyping and testing. Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, developing your technical expertise as well as your ability to propose creative solutions.
