We solve our customers' problems through the development, design, and production of custom-made testing, measurement, and control systems. We are currently looking for people who love manufacturing and who can make an effort to understand Japanese culture and society. Candidates with N1-level Japanese skill are preferred, and those who can speak business-level English, Chinese, Thai, or Vietnamese may be able to use their language skills in overseas-related projects. We plan to hire people for engineering, sales, and admin positions. For software engineering positions, we seek those who majored in information engineering at university, while for hardware engineering positions, we seek those who majored in mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering. After joining, new hires will learn our business through training sessions and on-the-job training. In the future, we would like to entrust new hires with management duties and, in the case of new overseas expansion, the taking charge of the establishment of local corporations. Recently, we have been promoting diversity management as an organization, hiring an average of one to two foreign nationals each year. Let's work together to create the world's no. 1 products in an environment where people of all nationalities can play an active role.

Our core business is the design and manufacture of custom-made testing equipment and measurement and control systems for a wide range of industries, including automobiles, aircraft, and electric power generation.
Our strength is our ability to develop hardware/software in an integrated manner. By around 2000, we introduced LabVIEW from National Instruments Corp. (NI) of the U.S. as a software development language, enabling us to propose solutions that are even more flexible and tailored to our customers' issues. We have more than 10 LabVIEW-certified developers at our company, and NI has recognized our technical capabilities as being one of the best in Japan. In addition, our MRI monitoring system, which we began developing at the request of a customer, dominates the domestic market share and is supplied at the rate of 100 units per year.
Currently, we plan to integrate AI, image processing, and IoT technologies into our products to provide real-time monitoring and control services for factory equipment from remote locations. We will contribute to our customers' DX promotion in this way in the future.
We would also like to expand our sales channels to local companies in Thailand, where we have a base, and to neighboring countries such as Vietnam, China, and Taiwan.
