We are a company that manufactures precision mold parts and automated machinery parts, but many of our employees come from liberal arts backgrounds, so our employees can learn how to read drawings and learn about our products after joining the company. Initially, new hires will be assigned to an in-house sales or logistics management department, where they will learn specialized skills and knowledge through their work. In the future, we expect new hires to be responsible for their department or for an overseas corporation. One-third of all our employees are foreign nationals, creating an environment where diversity is naturally accepted. Our partner overseas factories have Japanese-speaking staff, so communication is mainly done via e-mail in Japanese. Please support us by developing sales skills so that it is possible to communicate detailed nuances and to even negotiate in Japanese. The language skills required are Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 and N2 level. English is not essential, but it is a plus if you have a TOEIC score of 700 or above and can speak business English. We work as a team, so we are looking for people who can be attentive not only to themselves but also to those around them, as well as who can take responsibility for their work.

We are a company that designs, manufactures, and assembles small parts used in precision molds. Many of our customers are Japanese companies, and we mainly provide parts to the automotive industry, medical manufacturers, and electronics manufacturers. We also handle high-precision parts manufacturing, short delivery times, and small-lot and one-off orders to meet customer requirements. We use our company's strengths to meet every need.
We have established a wide network not just in Japan but also focusing on Asia, and we propose optimal global production in accordance with customer needs. We are proud of our overseas procurement environment, which enables us to supply products with consistent quality. We currently have local subsidiaries in China and Thailand, and we have established a QCD center in China to enhance quality and manage subcontracted factories. In Thailand, we mainly sell our products to overseas subsidiaries of Japanese companies. Going forward, we plan to establish a local subsidiary in Vietnam. In the future, we would like to expand our business to India, Europe, and other countries to support Japanese global companies with stable parts procurement. In preparation for further global expansion, we are looking for a person to take responsibility for our overseas division.
