Used in all kinds of digital products, semiconductors are indispensable to modern society. For semiconductors, we handle development, design, manufacture, sales, and after-sales service entirely in-house for inspection and manufacturing equipment.
We seek people with experience in mechanical, software, or electrical design, etc., or recent graduates with knowledge of these fields. Being able to speak Japanese on a daily basis is sufficient, but it is preferable if new hires can speak English or Chinese at a business level, as new hires will be meeting with overseas customers.
We believe that it takes five years to become a full-fledged employee, and we want new hires to work hard to acquire skills over a long period of time at one of our four domestic factories (Kyotanabe, Yamagata, Niigata, and Tango). After that, when you return to your home country, you will be able to contribute to the expansion of overseas sales channels as an engineer, including installation and running at the time of product delivery and after-sales service after delivery.
The demand for semiconductors, which are indispensable in today's digital society, is only increasing. Semiconductors, which support the core of social infrastructure, make life richer and more comfortable. We are a manufacturer and seller of the inspection and manufacturing equipment necessary for the development and mass production of optical, such as LEDs and laser diodes (LDs) and power semiconductors.
The company was founded in 1980 in the days when LEDs were yellow-green and red. At that time, we focused on optical semiconductors and began manufacturing inspection equipment. With the spread of CDs and DVDs since the 1990s, the scope of optical semiconductors expanded to include LDs. Since the 2000s, we have been developing inspection equipment for power semiconductors that control the motors of hybrid and electric vehicles. As a system, we provide a series of equipment related to manufacturing semiconductors from wafers to chips. Based on our extensive experience and track record in equipment manufacturing, we not only provide a wide variety of equipment for semiconductors, but we also make every effort to test prototypes prior to delivery and to provide after-sales service after delivery.
