Company Info
We are a company that assembles aircraft parts and electronics assembly, etc. We are looking for a long term leader of about 3 to 10 people. You will need to be able to use a computer for most of the day, so you will need to be able to use basic Excel. It will take almost a year to learn the whole process, but we will guide you through it. We have been employing technical intern trainees for the past 10 years and currently accept trainees from the Philippines and Indonesia. We are planning to increase the ratio of foreigners from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Myanmar to 50% in the future.

Our factory assembles aircraft interior components (galleys and lavatories) and industrial equipment and mounts printed circuit boards. We are a secondary subcontractor for Boeing and Airbus.
Our main business is the assembly of electronic components for galleys and lavatories of large aircraft.
Aircraft account for 80% of sales, and the ratio of the number of employees is 70% in the aircraft business and 30% in the electronics assembly business.
Aircraft sales fell sharply in the wake of the Corona disaster, but will recover as sharply as they did before Corona and then rise 5% annually to become an industry.
Aircraft manufacturing is a high-mix, low-volume production system, so handmade is the basic principle. Under such circumstances, we are working to promote DX and create an environment in which foreign nationals can be active as quickly as possible.
