In total, 12% of all our employees are foreign nationals, and their nationalities vary (with Japanese proficiency at about JLPT N2 or N3). After receiving a job offer, new hires can experience our field in advance through part-time work or can learn at any time via training videos at our online campus. New hires will first be assigned to our Design Department, where they will learn the basics of design as the foundation of all our work. After that, they can pursue design more deeply according to their individual skills and career path, or they can gain experience at departments such as sales and development or even planning and support for overseas management. Once they learn the basics, we help them develop their careers individually according to their wishes and skills.
