Currently, eight international employees are actively contributing to our company in areas such as product development and technical sales. Since we do business with customers and partners in many different regions, employees may also have opportunities to use their native languages in addition to English. For highly skilled international professionals, we plan to offer positions in either development and design for international standards - including mechanical, electrical/electronic, and software engineering - or international sales, where you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and providing training to our overseas distributors. In the future, we hope that employees in development roles will take on leadership positions overseeing international development projects, while those in international sales will become responsible for our global sales strategy.
