We are developing a variety of business systems for logistics companies with an eye toward external sales of our products in the future.

Our company was established in 2016 as a strategic IT specialist for general logistics companies and operates under the umbrella of our parent company, NIKKON Holdings Co., Ltd.. The parent is scheduled to move to the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April 2022. Although we are still a young company, we are working on a comprehensive follow-up system among employees and on planning systems that reflect their feedback, and we are eagerly working on various new technologies to improve individual skills and work environments, as well as to maintain motivation.

We have teamed up with top development vendors in Japan to create an "engineer first" work environment where we can focus on design and upstream processes based on the premise of a cloud-based development environment.

If new hires have daily conversational Japanese language skills and knowledge of system engineering and programming, they will have a wide range of possibilities for success. The field of work is not limited to Japan. If new hires are interested in working in India, China, Thailand, or Vietnam, where our group companies have bases, we can consider having them work at our group's local subsidiaries once they learn the job. We want colleagues who will incorporate new technologies into their work.
