AWL is looking for a diverse group of people from all over the world who have a strong interest in AI and other cutting-edge technologies toward building the "future" of the retail industry.

We need people with expertise in science and engineering in a wide range of fields, from AI research and development to product development and new hardware validation. Project leaders and those with experience in launching new services are also welcome. If you can communicate in English, any level of Japanese is acceptable.

New graduates hired will gain experience through one year of on-the-job training and opportunities to share their skills and present their results. The company will pay for the purchase of the relevant books and participation in seminars and training programs necessary to improve the skills of new hires.

At our company, multinational employees from about 20 countries are actively demonstrating their abilities, and some foreign nationals hold management positions. AWL offers many unique training programs and events that allow new hires to work within the "AWL way" and to realize an innovative way of working.
