Bridge Engineer & IT Director You will oversee system development connecting "Japan Finds" with major global e-commerce malls, as well as coordinate and direct projects with overseas offshore development companies. Key Responsibilities: Bridge Engineering: Translate Japanese business requirements into technical specifications and accurately direct overseas development teams. Development & Operations Management: Oversee system development, specification changes, and stable operations, primarily within a LAMP environment. Project Management: Manage schedules, quality, and progress to ensure smooth execution of development projects. Requirements: Hands-on development and operational experience in a LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). Practical experience as an engineer or director at an IT/Web company, digital agency, or System Integrator (SI). Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to manage remote, diverse engineering teams effectively.
