As a cross-border e-commerce consultant, we support Japanese companies in their overseas expansion efforts. We have always valued the perspective of people from overseas, and we have a wealth of experience in accepting and hiring interns from abroad. Currently, we have people from Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China working with us. We are now recruiting at two divisions to provide further support.

Marketing manager:
Those with experience in marketing and market research in the IT field, such as e-commerce companies, or internship experience in this field are encouraged to apply. Candidates who can communicate in Japanese are preferred, but those with strong marketing skills will be hired even if they cannot speak Japanese. There is the possibility that we may ask new hires to provide sales support such as going to overseas showrooms, etc., to conduct on-site surveys. Outstanding individuals will be expected to work as cross-border e-commerce consultants in the future.

Engineer in charge:
We are looking for engineers who can be entrusted with the construction and operation of our company's websites and other customer e-commerce sites. We prefer candidates with practical experience at IT/web companies, production companies, and SI companies, and with experience in development and operation within a LAMP environment. New hires will also work with partner companies and external personnel to help build e-commerce sites.

Companies want to sell products overseas but lack the know-how. As a group of professionals with more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international e-commerce and marketing, we provide strong support to such Japanese companies that are looking to expand their business. We can clarify concepts through detailed interviews, discover the strengths of the company, and propose the most-appropriate e-commerce site construction for the client, along with a selection of overseas e-commerce sites to open a store with and methods for opening a store. While many companies only offer support for building a website or opening a store and nothing further, we provide thorough consulting aimed at increasing customer profitability by making proposals for advertising revenue, supporting customer attraction, handling products, and advising on everything from packaging to international shipping, all on behalf of our clients. We also operate our own website, j-Grab Mall, in partnership with JTB. We work with 13 e-commerce sites around the world, including Amazon and eBay, and are expanding mainly in English-speaking countries such as the U.S. JTB outlets in 297 locations in 38 countries around the world also contribute to increasing product awareness by introducing products and placing samples on site for Japanese seasonings, traditional crafts, and confections, which are popular overseas. Sales have been growing rapidly, encouraged by the Japanese food boom.
