Our company produces media of Japan's attractions and promotes them overseas through TV programs, advertisements, and SNS.
Currently, we are looking for members to help us plan and manage a wide range of projects, including involving interviews, video production, and sales. We are looking for people who are interested in Japanese culture and traditions and who are interested in media production. No knowledge or experience in media production is required.
After joining the company, our experienced staff will provide guidance. In addition, as many of our staff members have backgrounds in cross-cultural experiences in various countries and regions, we welcome people with similar experiences. As for language skills, a daily conversational level of Japanese or higher is desirable, as we will be conducting interviews and sales activities in various parts of Japan. It would also be good if English or Chinese is at least at a daily conversational level, but we have personnel who can speak not only Japanese and English, but also Korean, Thai, Chinese, and several other languages, so those who are not confident in their language skills are also encouraged to apply.
In the future, we would like to establish offices in Thailand, Singapore, and the United States to provide business matching support on a global basis. If new hires want to test themselves in a startup company, we are looking forward to working with them to expand their business opportunities.

Our company communicates the attractions of Japan through TV programs (broadcast outside Japan), commercials, and SNS. The company is led by two members with rich cross-cultural experiences, including the CEO, who is Australian but who studied at a university in Thailand and who has experience with film production in Hollywood. Meanwhile, the COO, who is Singaporean, has lived in China, South Korea, and various countries in Southeast Asia, and studied at Duke University and Harvard University in the United States. We have produced commercials for major Japanese companies for overseas markets and produced videos to promote tourist attractions in anticipation of inbound tourism. In the process, we became fascinated by Japan's regional cities, small and medium-sized enterprises, and their products, and we wanted to share more stories of such quality of products with the world. We support companies in selecting target markets based on market research and produce media contents to effectively communicate with those markets, and can also provide media distribution services. We also provide full one-stop support for overseas expansion, including developing advertising strategies using our extensive network, providing business matching services, and organizing pop-up shops in partnership with local companies in overseas markets. We produce media that will reach the heart of audiences with our trademark approach of the Three Es (Entertainment, Education, and Engagement) in mind.
