大分県の蔵元紹介 Invitation to Oita Breweries浜嶋酒造合資会社 Hamashima Shuzo co.,Ltd

Founded in 1889. Brewing was suspended for 17 years, from 1979 to 1996. In 1997, the brewer himself became the leader of the craftsmen and resumed their brewing business. The brewery is entirely handmade, produced in small quantities. The brewery has been growing rice around the brewery since 2006 and has now expanded to 13 hectares. Takakiya's sake is the kind of a drink you can have throughout your meal.
