Ginkgo Bioworks' offerings consist of three primary areas: 1. Autonomous labs - we design, build, and ship both robotics hardware and AI-powered automation orchestration software to our customers' facilities. 2. In-house automation services - at our facility in Boston, MA, USA, we operate a large, operating autonomous lab system. Our customers can run their own experiments on this system on an ongoing basis, or use the system as a "try before you buy" opportunity for exploring lab automation. 3. Data and AI models - we also offer data and AI/ML models at any scale with our Ginkgo Datapoints service, which runs a variety of standardized assays from biologics to ADME to functional genomics.
