FilterLabs.AI has the following capabilities: (1) It collects online conversations by extending its coverage into areas that ordinary search engines do not capture, such as community-based social networks, regional newspaper websites, and comment sections inside mobile apps. (2) It estimates the geographic locations those conversations refer to and analyzes the conversations in connection with those locations, thereby removing noise data such as rumors and false information. (3) It provides data that makes it possible to visualize, almost in real time, what is happening and what is likely to happen in that region. (4) Using this data, it enables to understand region-specific public opinion and apply it to political decision-making. (5) It enables to analyze product reputation, including regional characteristics, and reflect those insights in sales strategies. (6) It can be applied to public safety, risk management, and real-time situational awareness during disasters.
