AtomLux is the only commercial source of device-grade hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) single crystals with full isotopic control, all four boron/nitrogen configurations (h10B14N, h10B15N, h11B14N, h11B15N). hBN is the indispensable substrate and encapsulation layer for virtually every next-generation 2D-material device, and isotopically pure hBN sharply improves phonon properties and single-photon-emitter purity, making it an enabling material for next-generation room-temperature quantum communication technology. The company's proprietary growth process delivers crystal quality on par with the field's global benchmark (NIMS, Japan), while uniquely adding what no existing source offers: large crystal synthesis at commercial scale.
