ARIES is a Research, Innovation, and Knowledge Dissemination Center of the Sao Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), bringing together researchers from five universities in Sao Paulo State, as well as experts from public institutions such as EMBRAPA and CETESB, and government agencies including the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health, ANVISA, and PAHO. To address antimicrobial resistance (AMR), a global public health emergency, ARIES conducts cutting edge research and development in biotechnology and medical sciences, aiming to create novel therapies and diagnostic technologies while implementing an integrated One Health-based approach.
