A) We are looking to develop strategic alliances with Japanese semiconductor firms to accelerate the commercial deployment of ULTRARAM(TM), including co-development and application-specific integration into AI, edge, and space-grade systems. B) We are seeking R&D collaboration with Japanese memory leaders, foundries, and academic institutions to enhance ULTRARAM(TM) process integration, scaling, and performance benchmarking across digital and neuromorphic use cases. C) We are open to establishing a joint venture in Japan to localise ULTRARAM(TM) prototyping, leverage Japan’s advanced semiconductor infrastructure, and co-develop domain-specific chiplets with Japanese industrial partners. D) We are currently raising a pre-seed round and welcome strategic investment from Japanese corporate VCs or DeepTech investors to support pilot manufacturing and early product-market fit within Japan’s semiconductor value chain.
