ジェトロ・ニューヨークでは、米国の知的財産に関するセミナーを開催しています。

第135回は、NYIPLA（The New York Intellectual Property Law Association）のご協力のもと、「米国での知的財産関連業務におけるAI利用とその法的問題」をテーマにセミナーを開催いたします。

The 135th IPG Seminar in collaboration with the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA) will focus on “AI utilization and legal issues in the U.S. intellectual property practice.”

内容
Topic 1: Navigating AI Tools in U.S. Patent and Trademark IP Prosecution
This program will provide a practical overview of how AI tools are being used in U.S. patent and trademark practice, what opportunities they present for applicants and practitioners. This program will also touch on important considerations, including USPTO guidance, client approval and common pitfalls, that anyone involved in protecting intellectual property should be aware.
Topic 2: AI Utilization by IP Practitioners (User Survey Report)
This program will introduce an overview/situation of AI utilization by IP practitioners, based on the survey conducted by the JETRO New York.
