Regional Business Conference: JETRO Business Connect 2022
JETRO provides online business matching support for foreign and foreign-affiliated companies planning to invest in Japan to connect them with local communities and municipalities throughout all of Japan.
Eligible fields
A total of nine regions have been selected for companies in the following two fields: Healthcare, Travel & Food Tech.
Companies with potential for partnerships will be offered a chance to participate in invitation and programs to visit local companies, universities, research institutes and municipalities in each region.

We are looking for companies with new healthcare technologies sought after by the world during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, such as Pharma, Med Tech, Digital Health, Aging and Sports Tech.

We have invited companies with digital technologies that are important in the tourism or food industry during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, such as in the areas of tourist information, hotel translation tech, tourism mobility and reservation management.
We are also inviting companies with technologies that contribute to the realization of a sustainable food supply and a high quality of life, such as those in biotechnology, food loss recycling, plant-based meat, cultured meat and digitization of product data.
