We are a Japanese distributor for Huawei, which is a major telecommunications equipment manufacturer in China, selling their products and providing support for corporate customers as a technology partner. We also use ICT technology (AI, IoT, 5G, etc.) teaching materials provided by Huawei to develop world-class engineers.

For job applicants, any major in the arts or sciences is acceptable as long as they have a college degree or equivalent. Even if an applicant doesn't have any IT-related knowledge, we have in-house instructors who can help them learn. After joining the company, new hires are recommended to obtain HCIA, HCIP, and HCIE certifications as stipulated by Huawei. For language skills, native-level Chinese or English and at least JLPT N2 Japanese are preferred, but for those with technical experience with Huawei or equivalent experience, slightly lower levels of language skills are acceptable.

New hires can acquire the world's highest level of qualifications through extensive in-house training. We are looking forward to working with people who are highly motivated to learn and who are aiming to become world-class IT and infrastructure engineers.

As a Japanese distributor for Huawei, which is a major telecommunications vendor with a global market share, we are a group of engineers who sell products and who work on various projects as technology partners. We provide a wide range of services from system development and network construction to system operation and maintenance, including not only technical support for Huawei, but also software development for the development teams of major Japanese companies.

Furthermore, as Huawei's education and training partner, we have established and operate the Japan ICT Academy, which trains capable engineers in cutting-edge ICT technologies. In addition, we put strong emphasis on fostering globally competitive ICT human resources by operating the Huawei ICT Club, an online learning program, and we have partnered with universities and vocational schools in Japan and overseas to support the acquisition of qualifications in technical fields from among more than 100 qualifications defined by Huawei.

At present, we have established overseas offices in Dalian, Shenzhen, and Qingdao in China, and Yangon in Myanmar, and we are developing a variety of IT businesses in a global environment by hiring, training, and developing engineers with language skills and expertise.
