Bringing real beans to chocolate bars, from Fukui to the world
In our new business of chocolate production, we purchase cacao beans as raw materials from producing regions. In the future, we would like to make products that are more particular about raw materials, and we would like to open our own plantation overseas so that we can handle everything, from producing cacao beans to making chocolate. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who share our vision and who are willing to promote our overseas farm projects. We prefer candidates who can handle daily conversation in Japanese, as such is required for daily communication among employees. After joining the company, we would like new hires to learn about our company and products through on-the-job training, as well as to deepen their understanding of the Japanese language and culture. In the future, we would like to leave the management of the overseas farms to new hires as people in charge of projects. In addition, as part of such projects, we plan to establish restaurants in local areas, and we would like new hires to also be involved in the management of such restaurants. We are looking forward to receiving applications from those who want to realize "bean-to-bar" chocolate with us.

Promoting Globalization of Japanese Staff
Founded in Fukui Prefecture, Japan, in 1933, as a Japanese confectionery, our company's products have long been a favorite of local residents. Currently, we manufacture not only Japanese confectionery but also Western confectionery, with equal percentages in production. We also contribute to the revitalization of local communities by creating products in collaboration with local agricultural products and industries.
Our owner, who trained as a chocolatier at a chocolate workshop in France, has a keen interest in chocolate production and has been producing "bean-to-bar" chocolate products made from cacao beans for about five years. The products have been so well received and so popular that we have trouble keeping up with demand.
Chocolate is characterized by the quality of the cacao beans used as the raw material, and this is directly reflected in its taste. For this reason, we have opened our own farm in production areas and started a project to grow better-quality cacao beans. We are working to establish a plantation, commercialize chocolate, and operate a local restaurant in the next five years.
