We are a multi-faceted company in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, that focuses on web services and that is also involved in internet-based direct sales and human resources development consulting.

We are looking for IT engineers who can work in a wide range of areas, such as system development, e-commerce site construction, and website creation. No experience in IT skills is required to apply. We also welcome applications from people who want to become IT engineers, as we will provide training after they join our company. However, as for language, we are looking for applicants with Japanese N2 proficiency or above and TOEIC scores of 700 or above. The reason for the Japanese requirement is that training and operations are in Japanese, and the reason for the English requirement is that most IT technical information is in English, and multilingual orders are increasing.

The company employs a large number of foreign nationals, and currently has employees of American, Czech, Vietnamese, and Nigerian nationalities. The company also accepts a wide range of foreign nationals as interns, making it a comfortable working environment for foreign personnel.
Ultimately, we hope for new hires to lead projects as project managers in the future.

We are a one-stop IT company that handles everything from information system planning to design, and operation. Our main clients are major companies in the automobile industry and electric power companies in Aichi Prefecture, but we have also been commissioned to build web services for universities and beauty promotion sites.

Furthermore, on the major American direct sales site, eBay, we sell subculture products that are popular around the world, such as game software, trading cards, and figurines. In addition to subculture products, we also sell a wide range of products related to Japanese culture on eBay, such as accessories made from recycled kimonos and mizuhiki (a type of Japanese traditional accessory).

Another business is human resources development consulting. Because our representative is a lecturer at an IT technical college, our focus has been on human resources in the IT field, but in the future, we would like to offer human resources consulting services to connect companies and foreign human resources who have advanced language skills and who want to work in Japan.
