By welcoming talent with international perspectives and specialized expertise, we aim to accelerate the realization of a seamless cross-border shopping experience. - Expected Roles and Responsibilities Highly skilled foreign professionals are expected to take central roles in the following areas: - AI Engineers/Data Scientists: Develop and optimize functions leveraging AI and LLM, such as automatic customs and shipping cost calculation, image-based size estimation, and multilingual product information conversion for cross-border e-commerce. - Global Marketers: Plan and execute marketing strategies targeting global markets including Korea, China, Taiwan, and ASEAN countries, and drive growth initiatives based on user behavior analysis. - SCM/Logistics Planning Specialists: Optimize logistics flows at overseas bases, implement AIoT-based inventory management, and build scalable cross-border logistics networks.
