Making Effective Use of the Earth's Limited Resources: "Renewing the Future of Cars"
Nowadays, there is increasing interest worldwide in environmental issues such as "decarbonization" and "SDGs.” Since our company's founding, we have been engaged mainly in the recycling of auto parts based on the principle of "making effective use of what can be effectively used.” There is demand for auto parts throughout the world. We established a local subsidiary in the Philippines and are promoting overseas business development. We are looking for people that can act as a bridge between the Philippines and Japan. We are therefore seeking applicants that can use English and Tagalog, so as to drive business forward. After joining the company, new hires will first come to understand the entire recycling process at the factory at the head office, and then they will experience administrative work such as communication with overseas buyers. In the future, we would like them to participate in the management of local subsidiaries, so we would also like them to experience accounting, human resources, and other operations. We have a cheerful atmosphere at the company, and every year, all employees go on a company trip to a sightseeing spot. We are looking for bright and energetic people that can fit into such an environment.

Management of Overseas Bases
Based in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, our company mainly buys scrapped cars and sells and auctions used parts.
We export used parts to places such as Southeast Asia, Russia, the Arabian Peninsula, and Central and South America. The business of selling used parts tends to mean selling only parts that overseas buyers want to buy, but since we have a base in the Philippines, our strength is that we can sell the parts that we want to sell regardless of requests from buyers. By doing so, we are expanding our business and also contributing to solving environmental issues by increasing the number of recyclable products. We are also actively engaged in research & development in collaboration with universities and research institutions, and we have established a method for separating and recovering copper sheeting/wire and useful metals from harnesses.
In the near future, we will come to a turning point in the automotive industry, such as due to the widespread use of electric vehicles. We aim to be a strong company that can cope with such changes.
