We founded in Shimane Prefecture, and for more than half a century, we have been involved in water supply works, equipment works, pump works, etc. This time, we are looking for person who will acquire advanced architectural and civil engineering techniques, and drive the business in western Shimane.
New recruits experience and learn all the tasks through OJT for a certain period of time. You need Japanese language proficiency to be able to communicate on a daily basis (N3 level). In the future, we would like you to be responsible for construction management and site supervision, and in the medium to long term, we would like you to play a central role in our overseas expansion as a core member of our company.
