Our company develops, manufactures, and sells products using local Okinawan resources. We use only Vietnamese cacao that has received four JAS/USDA/EU/COR organic certifications, as well as crops produced by natural farming methods. Our high-quality & safe products have attracted many inquiries from overseas, and we are looking for candidates for two areas toward expanding our global sales.
Sales strategies/activities in Japan and overseas (sales): Business-level English for business negotiations with overseas companies and daily communication-level Japanese skills are required. New hires will receive all knowledge necessary so that they can properly communicate our initiatives.
Product development: Those who have studied nutrition, fermentation, and other aspects of food and health at university are welcome to apply, along with qualified dietitians/nutritionists/pharmacists. A daily conversation level of Japanese is expected. New hires will be asked to devise product development and marketing strategies that take advantage of the nutritional benefits of natural agricultural products/processed products.
The work location will be either Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, where our head office is located, or Okinawa, but sales representatives are expected to work in Tokyo, Osaka, or other major cities in the future. We also provide support for those who wish to convey our ideas in their home country so as to establish their own company there.

Our company develops, manufactures, and sells food products using Okinawan agricultural products. We use only ingredients produced by natural farming methods that use no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and we use only eggs, honey, and other ingredients produced in a safe, natural environment.
Our cacao pudding, made from cacao produced in Vietnam by our affiliate company, OCA JAPAN, is a popular product at the cafe located at Okinawa Outlet Mall Ashibinaa and is sold nationwide through our e-commerce site. The cafe also has a marketplace where vegetables and herbs produced by local natural farming methods are sold, and unsold items are bought and processed so that they are not thrown away. Our freeze-dried products are made from locally grown fruit and other ingredients that retain their nutritional value and are attracting a lot of attention from overseas, including New Zealand and Singapore. We are also working with local facilities to develop and manufacture new products such as cereal bars and cacao butter cookies, with the hope of expanding our sales channels overseas.
Our company also continues to take on new challenges, such as the revival of locally grown soybeans on Sesoko Island, the production of yushi dofu made from locally grown soybeans, and finding new ways to use the non-edible parts of bananas grown in Okinawa.
