Based in Okayama Prefecture, Japan, our company is mainly engaged in crane operations, the transportation of materials, the erection of scaffolding, and other operations that support the infrastructure of construction sites. Including group companies, we have around 500 employees (as of 2022), and eventually we want 10% of all employees to be non-Japanese, in order to further revitalize our organization. We seek people with Japanese language ability equivalent to N3 or higher, who are interested in working in construction, and who are committed with a desire to grow. In the future, we want new hires to be in charge of on-site managers who manage foreign personnel and to conduct meetings with customers and incorporate the content of those meetings into drawings using CAD. Currently, people from Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia are working at our company, and internal Japanese language study sessions are held regularly. In addition, we support the cost of acquiring work-related qualifications, and when such are acquired, they are reflected in salaries as a qualification allowance. We also value the spirit of challenge and are willing to provide financial and vehicular assistance to those who wish to start their own business in their home country after gaining experience in Japan.
