We are an industrial machinery manufacturer that uses vibration technology to manufacture mills that turn various raw materials into powder, as well as dryers that dry out powder containing liquids. Instead of making large quantities of the same product, we design and manufacture custom-made products based on the customer's requirements. New hires can truly experience the Japanese manufacturing process.
We are now looking for people to be in charge of this mechanical design. We welcome those who have experience with CAD used in design or those who have studied mechanical design at university, etc.
However, we will provide guidance from the beginning to those who are motivated even without knowledge or experience, regardless of academic major or gender. Applicants must have a good understanding of Japanese culture and be able to communicate in Japanese. And since we plan to expand into Vietnam in the future, we are looking for native-level Vietnamese speakers. After joining the company, new hires will learn what powder actually is through hands-on experience at the company's testing laboratory, where they will be exposed to actual machines. After that, new hires can work in sales if they desire. In the future, we expect new hires to work as managers at our local subsidiary in Vietnam.

We are a manufacturer of industrial machinery. Our three main products are as follows:
1) Pulverizers that use vibration to grind raw materials into powder
2) Dryers that use vibration to deliquefy powder
3) Chemical plants for distillation and refining of waste solvents (industrial alcohol, etc.)
In 1961, we acquired the first vibration technology in Japan, and this technology enabled us to shorten milling times. Subsequently, we developed a vacuum dryer that utilizes vibration. Most dryers from other manufacturers use internal blades to agitate, which in rare cases can cause damage to the blades and lead to contamination by foreign matter. Dryers that agitate powders only by vibration have a simple internal structure, which reduces the risk of contamination by foreign matter. For this reason, vibration dryers are also used in the production of medicines and drugs that are delivered into blood vessels, where a higher level of safety is required. They can also grind any other materials, such as metals, plastics, and ceramics, into fine powders, and also dry them.
Our products are used by manufacturers in all industries, and we boast a national market share of more than 80% for vibration mills and vibration dryers. From 2023, we plan to establish a local subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and to move part of our design department to Vietnam as well.
