Changing the world sheet by sheet !
We are a manufacturer of nonwoven fabrics as well as a pioneering company in the field of wet-laid nonwoven fabrics, and we have always been making things a little differently than the rest, focusing on being a world and industry leader. We seek people who can help us expand our business areas so as to create new value in the future. For development positions, we prefer candidates who have graduated with a major in chemistry, while for production engineering positions, we prefer candidates who have graduated with a major in mechanical or electrical engineering. Overseas sales positions are open to all humanities and science majors. Japanese language skills are required for all positions, and JLPT N2 or higher is preferred. Technical development staff need to read and understand English, and overseas sales staff must have business-level English skills. Those in sales positions will have a better chance of success if they have mastered Chinese or other languages.

Our company develops, processes, and sells wet-laid nonwoven fabrics made of functional fibers, utilizing the traditional manufacturing technology of Tosa washi (traditional Japanese paper from the historical Tosa region of Japan). We customize the thickness, length, and density of the fibers to meet the needs of our customers, helping them to increase the value of their products.
Via our unique technology and in continuing to carry out development while always aiming to be a world and industry leader, we have developed 100% synthetic fiber nonwoven fabrics, nanofiber spinning equipment, and the world's thinnest and lightest products. Nonwoven fabrics are used in various areas such as for food packaging, medical use, civil engineering and construction materials, automotive materials, and insulation and filtration membranes, and the applications are truly endless.
Overseas sales account for 80% of our total sales, and our products are used in a variety of fields around the world. In 2019, we established our own sales company in Dusseldorf, Germany, in order to strengthen our sales in Europe.
After new hires join the company, we provide them with training in which they visit various departments and learn about manufacturing at our company. After being assigned to a project, new hires work with their supervisor, and in the future, they will be expected to play an active role as young leaders who can promote various projects, and we support their growth.
We will continue: to expand our overseas business areas; disseminate HIROSE products all over the world; and aim for further growth, so that we can contribute to the progress of society via materials that have infinite possibilities.
