Bringing organic Japanese tea from Kyushu to the world
Tea Company of Sawadaen is based in Kagoshima, which is the second-largest producer of tea in Japan. Of this tea, organically grown tea leaves are very popular overseas, and our company's strength is our ability to deliver such tea leaves directly from the production area to our customers. Sales are growing, especially in Europe and the U.S, and therefore we are looking for people who can support our overseas sales by handling inquiries and following up after delivery. Applicants must have graduated from a university and be able to communicate in Japanese. In addition, we prefer candidates who have a good understanding of Western food and culture and who have business-level English language skills or higher so as to convey the appeal of Japanese tea in detail. After joining the company, in addition to overseas sales work, new hires will experience tea blending, bagging, and other processing work in order to learn about a wide range of tea-related matters. In the future, we expect new hires to be involved in developing new customers and also in building a system that can handle orders from individuals living overseas.

Promoting Globalization of Japanese Staff
We purchase high-quality tea leaves from farmers in Kyushu, including "Chiran Tea," a specialty of Kagoshima, and we sell and wholesale these tea leaves after secondary processing. Through thorough quality control and cultivation efforts, we produce and process high-grade tea leaves that are second to none.
In recent years, we have also been selling our products through an e-commerce site, and we have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from overseas through this site. Because Kyushu produces the largest amount of organically grown tea leaves in Japan, we have received an increasing number of requests from organic food fans overseas who want to purchase tea leaves produced in Kyushu.
Currently, we export organic tea products to Europe, the U.S., and East Asia, and by carefully conveying the fine taste of Japanese tea, we hope our customers can purchase our tea leaves with greater peace of mind, which will lead to increased sales volume.
In the future, we would like to respond to inquiries from individual customers overseas through social media and to continue to deliver high-quality Japanese tea.
