We contribute to our customers' businesses as a "systems health administrator" that provides total support for their IT environments. We are now looking for people to take charge of expanding sales of our software overseas. Our work includes system development, enhancements for local compatibility, and language support (such as in adding foreign language notations and translations) required for overseas expansion. We prefer people who have majored in IT at university, but we also welcome people who have majored in the humanities as long as they have programming experience. (We have experience hiring people with a liberal arts background.) In addition, ideal candidates would have language skills of JLPT N2 or higher in Japanese and daily conversation level or higher in English. After joining the company, we plan to provide three months of training. New hires will learn about the company, Japanese business etiquette, and programming, etc. After training, we are planning to create an in-house system with on-the-job training. In terms of living, we support new hires by providing a dormitory and giving them two weeks of salary in advance. In addition, based on the philosophy that "people are capital," we hold study sessions on anthropology once a month.
