What is Borderless Japan? : We are the company which only does social business. Social business is a new business model designed to solve social issues, covering areas such as poverty, discrimination, and environmental challenges. It's very innovative in its financial sustainability; social businesses generate their own revenue without relying on donations, so we can create continuous social impact. Co-Creating Global Impact with International Talents : Borderless Japan has already launched over 50 social businesses in 13 countries, taking a leading role in addressing a wide range of social challenges. However, we recognize that the world still faces numerous unsolved social problems, and our current scale is not enough to say we have truly changed it. Therefore, our ambition is to create sustainable businesses that solve these issues across the globe, not limited to specific regions. We firmly believe that local problems often require local solutions. Career Path after Joining : In your first year after joining, you will be based in Fukuoka, Japan, and work as an execution member to help expand our existing businesses overseas. From your second year onward, you will begin planning your own social business aimed at solving social challenges in your home country (or a country with which you have strong ties) with mentorship from Borderless Japan members. Afterward, you will return to your home country to launch the business in Borderless Group. If Borderless Japan does not yet have a branch in that country, you will establish a new local entity. Following the launch, you will continue scaling the social impact of your business with the support of Borderless Japan.

Career Path after Joining: In your first year, you’ll be based in Fukuoka to support overseas business expansion. From the second year, you’ll plan a social business for your home country (or a related country) with guidance from Borderless Japan. You’ll then return to launch and grow the business locally, with continued support from our team.
