Company Info

Since our founding, we have specialized in the nursing care business, including home care and nursing home operations. We are currently seeking engineers to work on system development for our in-house developed AI-based device, LASHIC. Candidates should have experience in development as an engineer, such as front/back-end development, application development, etc., or have learned the knowledge necessary for development at a university or other institution. In particular, those with knowledge of data sciences are welcome. Currently, engineers from Vietnam and Korea are working for the company, and new hires will develop together with them after joining the company. We expect candidates to have N2 level in Japanese language skill and a daily conversational level of English language skill. After joining the company, new hires will have the opportunity to learn by listening to feedback from caregivers at the caregiving sites that we operate, so no prior knowledge of caregiving is needed. In recent years, there have been more and more opportunities for university researchers and doctors from abroad to visit the company to study the company's products and services. And for those who wish to be involved not only in engineering work but also on the business side, they can handle systems, operations, and the company's devices. So it is also possible for new hires to widen their career path with us.

Business Content

We are engaged in five business areas: caregiving, human resources, caregiving DX (IoT, AI), financing, and overseas.
Our current focus is on our caregiving DX business. Our "LASHIC series" of self-developed sensors for monitoring the elderly are sensors that can be installed in living rooms, beds, etc. The system detects the temperature and humidity in the living room, as well as the subject's amount of exercise (movement) and heart rate, and then notifies the user of necessary information while AI analyzes the collected data and determines the situation. We are not only developing sensors but also building a platform to support the daily lives of the elderly, linking the platform with other companies' devices and services and upgrading the platform as a tool to support the improvement of the quality of care provided by nursing care staff.
In our overseas business, we plan to conduct a demonstration project to train nursing care facilities and nursing care personnel in the Philippines around the summer of 2023. In the future, we are also preparing to localize the systems and know-how of Japan, an advanced country in the field of nursing care for its hyper-aged society, into a form suitable for that country. Therefore, we are actively building networks with foreign countries.
