As for our history, our founder and president came from China to Japan to study, and after completing her graduate course and working for major general IT vendors, she decided to develop systems by herself, thereby starting her own company.
Many of our employees have experience studying abroad in Japan, and we are
ready to support new hires not only in their work but also in their life in Japan.
Although we are a young company that has been in business for only six years,
we have built a relationship of trust with our clients because of the skill and enthusiasm of our employees.

Our new hires are required to have business-level Japanese and knowledge of
the following: development languages (JAVA, C#, etc.), AWS, Salesforce, and SAP, etc. Training will be provided for new graduates and for those who want to improve their skills. Those with at least one year of work experience (such as in system development) and that can contribute right away will be given the opportunity to gain experience in various projects. In the future, we expect these new hires to play active roles as project leaders.

As IT is changing society drastically, we are looking for members that can quickly grasp the trends of the times and work together to provide optimal IT solutions in line with the business development of our clients.

We mainly provide IT services (ERP solutions, system development, and infrastructure platform services) to Japanese companies. Currently, ERP solutions account for the majority of our business, but we are taking advantage of the fact that our clients are from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and sales, so as to increase the number of projects in which Java and SAP engineers can play an active role and to contribute to the development of IT solutions in Japan.

One of our greatest strengths is system development is our ability to provide a wide range of services, from consulting to development, as according to clients' needs. We are highly regarded by our clients for our advanced technical capabilities and our persistence in dealing with difficult situations. In the future, we want to use the knowledge and experience gained via consulting, design, development, operation, and maintenance to build long-lasting, good relationships with our clients. The pillar of our service is our engineers' skills and their approach to work.
