As for our history, our founder and president came from China to Japan to study, and after completing her graduate course and working for major general IT vendors, she decided to develop systems by herself, thereby starting her own company. Many of our employees have experience studying abroad in Japan, and we are ready to support new hires not only in their work but also in their life in Japan. Although we are a young company that has been in business for only six years, we have built a relationship of trust with our clients because of the skill and enthusiasm of our employees. Our new hires are required to have business-level Japanese and knowledge of the following: development languages (JAVA, C#, etc.), AWS, Salesforce, and SAP, etc. Training will be provided for new graduates and for those who want to improve their skills. Those with at least one year of work experience (such as in system development) and that can contribute right away will be given the opportunity to gain experience in various projects. In the future, we expect these new hires to play active roles as project leaders.
